About the Event
I hope that the Champions Weekend is one of the highlight of the junior golfing schedule in Ireland. As the name would indicate, all the participants are champions, having won provincial or national tournaments at their respective age level. I like being able to interact with the kids and the opportunity to place emphasis on their achievements to date, their goals, their ambitions and the steps they’re taking to achieve their golfing ambitions. It’s not just the players that enjoy the Champions Weekend…I always enjoy the weekend and it’s great to see the level of talent that is emerging in Irish junior golf!
